Reminders of a World without Christ (by Beau Carpenter)

One day as I was out tagging doors this week, I stumbled upon some beautiful sidewalk art. This is what is known as Kolam in Indian culture. This was the first time I had come across this in the area we are planting the church. In Alpharetta this is a more common sight.

As I walked away, I was reminded of the billion+ Hindus in the world who are lost without Christ. It is so sad, a beautiful, colorful symbol that someone has drawn who does not know the love of Christ in worship to gods that can do nothing.

God help us never to forget the world that needs Christ! I walked away thanking God for the reminder of the task at hand, to take the Gospel to the world. I am praying that God will allow us to see many men and women sent out of Vision Baptist Church in Cobb County to share the Gospel of Christ with the world.
