December Prayer Letter (by Beau Carpenter)

Dear Pastors and Praying Friends,

God’s goodness is something that we must never take for granted. I have been amazed this month at the ways God has been at work. We have seen many visitors come and more people really become involved in the ministry. I have been rejoicing over answered prayers throughout this month. Allow me to share a few blessings with you:

  1. On the first Sunday of the month we had 5 visitors!
  2. More people have started to get involved in Saturday Visitation efforts
  3. We are working to prepare for a major outreach event, Christmas on the Westside

The various events and meals held this month have served as a great way to invite friends and neighbors. I am very excited to watch my church family become excited about bringing others to church and share the Gospel with them.

In addition to these events and meals, we have been fed from the Word of God as we continue to study through Ephesians. I know personally I have grown and been encouraged as I have studied, preached, and heard the book of Ephesians. God’s word truly does make a difference in our lives and I am glad that God continues to use His Word to work in my life.

Finally, I ask you to continue praying for the work in Mableton. Would you pray with me over the following things?

  1. Pray that God would send us many visitors on December 15th for our Christmas on the Westside event
  2. Pray that God would give us wisdom as we continue to grow and reach our community
  3. Pray for continued spiritual growth among the believers

Thank you so much for your prayers and support, I am very thankful for your help!

Serving Christ,

Beau Carpenter
